Vice President of Talent Engagement

Jill Weitzman is the Vice President of Talent Engagement at Scoutlab.io.  Her latest achievements have been in recruiting where she has helped build SaaS sales teams at start-ups hiring Sales Directors, Account Executives and Director of Business Development and Partnership Managers.

In addition to recruiting, Jill has extensive experience in healthcare, software sales, medical device sales, relationship building, program development, marketing, business development, philanthropy, project management, strategic development, event management, budgeting, public speaking, resource planning and outreach.

Jill spent the first part of her career (16 years) at the University of Maryland Medical System in Radiation Oncology as Director of Program Development and Chief Growth Officer for the Maryland Proton Treatment Center. 

During her role as Chief Growth Officer, Jill was named “2017 Leading Woman” by the Daily Record of Baltimore.   This award honors women 40 years of age or younger for the accomplishments they have made so far in their careers.
